I personally would like to thank the many of you who supported my son Daryian by sponsoring and donating toward his international trip to compete for the United States in basketball. This has been a great learning experience for him in many ways. Simple things such as answering e-mails and following up with thank you cards have all been great steps in teaching him responsibilities and gratefulness. The trip itself was very challenging and trying at times. From this he has grown as a young man and learned many lessons in life. I was truly humbled to see so many of you support his journey and I am most grateful.

Monica Gallagher
Monica is another great example of how hard work and persistence pays off. Monica recently competed in her first show this past weekend placing 4th in the Masters Division. When Moncia started dieting with The Fitness Factory she was at about 18% body fat and by competition date was around 9%. She first weighed around 242 pounds when she began to diet. She lost a total of 27.5 inches of fat in the first 2 years and did it all wrong. "10 of those inches were in my waist." After Monica's initial weight loss, she set her goals to step on stage to continue to motivate herself to continue to lose weight. Congratulations on all your hard work and dedication Monica.
